Koko is a Chicago-based graphic designer who enjoys using her expertise in publication and branding to create meaningful work. Growing up she would spend time creating stories which were always accompanied by hand-drawn illustrations and a colorful book cover. Her appreciation for books would eventually lead her to pursue graphic design. After graduating with a degree in painting, she began her career learning the various aspects of the book design process. Her passion for organizing information to be both visually stunning and engaging has allowed her to work for a variety of brand agencies, publishers, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations. When Koko is not in front of a screen she enjoys traveling, cooking with her family, finding hidden gems around her city, and cheering on the Cubs.
